Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.

The profile they look for:
- Organise work to meet schedules and deadlines
- Assess the work that is requested
- Write quotes for works
- Know and apply safety rules
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 21 (Closes in 22 days)
Apply on the employer's website. You can also send your CV and cover letter by post to the town hall.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Open grades: technical assistant, principal technical assistant 1st or 2nd class.
- Position vacant from 21/11/2026.
- Contract cannot exceed one year, renewable up to 2 years in total.
