Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job can be filled by someone who did not pass a civil service exam, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP or BEP, or equivalent experience
The profile they look for:
- Holds a CAP or BEP, or equivalent experience.
- Driving licence category B required.
- Able to read plans and take measurements.
- Knows health and safety rules at work.
- Rigorous, independent and works well in a team.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.

- Working time of 37h22 per week, over 4.5 days.
- Occasional on-call duty, including weekends, in case of crisis.
- 22.5 days of leave and 12 days of RTT, 36.5 days in total.
