Diploma: Bac + 5 in human resources, public law or local government management
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years in general HR management (career, payroll, training, working conditions)

- At least 3 to 5 years in general HR management
- Good command of payroll and career management processes
- Good knowledge of the French local civil service rules
- Strong analysis, summary, written and oral communication skills
- Rigour, discretion and teamwork
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
