Civil servants and contract agents can apply. The entry grade of category C allows direct hiring without a competitive exam.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of collective catering
- Food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Organising a collective kitchen

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
