Territorial civil servants and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring is possible, without a competitive exam, for the adjoint technique grade.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Apply food and kitchen hygiene rules.
- Know the HACCP method and rules for school catering.
- Meet deadlines for preparing meals.
- Work well in a team and react quickly.
- Have basic computer skills for orders and stock counts.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
No deadline given: the offer can be withdrawn at any time, do not wait.

4 Interview and answer
