Open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who has not passed a competitive exam can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: Level 5 diploma (bac+2) in catering
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- Skills in culinary techniques for mass catering
- Diploma at bac+2 level in catering
- Knowledge of special diets and modified textures
- Knowledge of storage and traceability rules
- Teamwork, rigour and good organisation
- Knowledge of FUSION software would be a plus
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
