Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.

Diploma: Any catering diploma, CAP level
Experience: Experience in collective catering
The profile they look for:

- Training in HACCP food safety standards
- Good command of basic cooking and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food hygiene and fresh-produce cooking
- Skills in job software and office tools
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
