Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Any catering trade diploma, CAP level
Experience: Experience in collective catering, listed in the profile
The profile they look for:
- Catering diploma at CAP level in any catering trade
- Experience in collective catering
- Training in HACCP food safety rules
- Good knowledge of basic cooking and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food hygiene and fresh product cooking
- Skills in business software and office tools
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
