Open to civil servants and contract workers. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the entry grade in category C allows it. Special recruitment is possible for recognised disabled workers.

Diploma: CAP cooking or equivalent, cooking or catering specialist diploma

- Follows hygiene and safety rules (HACCP, PMS)
- Shows initiative and team spirit
- Quick, dynamic and able to adapt to unexpected situations
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
