The job is open to civil servants and contract staff. A person who is not a civil servant can apply, because the entry grade of category C allows direct hiring without a competitive exam. Contract hiring is also possible for people recognised as disabled workers.

Diploma: CAP cooking or equivalent in cooking or catering
The profile they look for:

- Respect for hygiene and safety rules (HACCP, PMS)

- Quick, dynamic, able to adapt to unexpected situations
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
