Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible, because the entry grade in category C allows it.
Category: Category C (staff)
The profile they look for:
- Know health, safety and working condition rules.
- Stand in for the head chef.
- Read and follow equipment user manuals.
- Set priorities and work well in a team.
- Show rigour, method and quick reactions.
- Driving licence B required.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:

- No management role.

- Contribution to public transport costs.
