Diploma: Cooking training
The profile they look for:
- Cooking training and knowledge of collective catering.
- Skill in cooking meat and vegetables.
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and hot-chain delivery.
- Driving licence B essential for occasional meal deliveries.
- Rigour, organisation and teamwork.
- Versatility, autonomy and a good manner with children.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 to 14:00; Wednesdays and school holidays 7:30 to 13:00, depending on the schedule.
- Based in the kitchens of Le Puiset-Doré and Le Fief-Sauvin.

- Remote work not possible.
