Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly, because the grade is category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: CAP/BEP cook in collective or classic catering, or vocational bac in collective catering
Experience: Experience in collective and/or classic catering
The profile they look for:
- CAP/BEP cook or vocational bac in collective catering
- Experience in collective and/or classic catering
- Knowledge of the food safety plan
- Good cooking skills
- Stock and order management
- Good communication skills and ability to lead a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
