Diploma: CAP Cuisine
The profile they look for:
- Holds a CAP Cuisine (cooking vocational diploma).
- Driving licence B required.
- Knowledge of food hygiene rules and food allergies.
- Able to follow instructions and apply cooking techniques.
- Able to take initiatives and work on their own.
- Punctual and available.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 15:30.
- Based at the Pignal kitchen or the Livron multi-service childcare centre.
- Work trips are reimbursed if you use your own car, or a service vehicle is provided.
