Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BEP or CAP in catering trades (cooking, pastry), compulsory diploma.
The profile they look for:
- BEP or CAP in catering trades (compulsory diploma).
- Knowledge of mass catering cooking methods, hygiene and food safety.
- Mastery of the HACCP method.
- Ability to use organic, local and seasonal products, pulses and cereals.
- Ability to use computer tools and management software.
- Energetic, team spirit, good organisation, initiative and people skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
