The profile they look for:
- Master culinary and cooking techniques.
- Know food hygiene and safety rules, including the HACCP method.
- Know production techniques for mass catering.
- Management skills: listening, dialogue, initiative and decision-making.
- Punctuality, rigour, organisation and ability to adapt.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer

- Hours: Monday to Wednesday 11:45-20:45, Thursday 11:00-20:45, Friday 7:45-16:00, subject to change.
- Access: car park, bus and internal shuttle from the RER station. Meals available on site.
