Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The adjoint technique grade allows direct hiring without a competitive exam. People recognised as disabled workers can also be hired on a contract.

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: December 1 (Closes in 33 days)
Send your application by email to the employer's human resources department, as the offer asks. The employer's website is also listed for applying.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
