Civil servants and contract agents can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired directly, because the grade is an entry grade in category C. Recognised disabled workers can also access this post by contract.

Diploma: CAP in waste management and urban cleanliness recommended
Experience: Beginners accepted
The profile they look for:
- Follow safety and hygiene rules
- Work early shifts, starting at 5 a.m.
- Stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather
- Report difficulties to your manager
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 4 (Closes in 6 days)
Apply on the employer's site, through the offer on Choisir le Service Public. Apply before the deadline.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
