The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of the sports sector.
- Knowledge of the rules for indoor and outdoor sports events.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety.
- Able to work across teams and lead a network of referents.
- Very good at speaking in public.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Office work, with trips to other sites and outside meetings.
- A service vehicle is provided.
- Working hours vary with activity peaks, with occasional evening and weekend availability.
