Civil servants (titulaires) and contract workers can apply. A person who did not pass a public competition can be hired, because one of the grades offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac or equivalent
Experience: Proven experience leading technical teams

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
