Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The grades concerned are technicien, technicien principal de 2e classe and technicien principal de 1re classe.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 in building maintenance or TCE technical field
Experience: Significant experience in similar roles
The profile they look for:
- Bac+2 in building maintenance or TCE technical field
- Significant and successful experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, heating, plumbing...)
- Knowledge of building rules (public procurement, ERP fire safety, accessibility)
- Project management skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer

- Contract staff contract limited to one year, renewable up to 2 years in total.
- A SSIAP training would be a plus.
