Diploma: Bac+2 minimum; Bac+3 preferred
Experience: Proven experience managing technical teams in local government (required with bac+2)

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
