Civil servants (titulaires) can apply, and so can contract staff. A contract worker can be hired when no civil servant application has succeeded.

Diploma: Vocational bac to BTS in horticultural production, market gardening, agronomy or agroecology, or equivalent experience
Experience: Proven market gardening experience, ideally in organic farming or short supply chains
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of organic or agroecological market gardening.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules.
- Ability to plan production and manage a team.
- Enjoys working with children and people in job-integration programmes.
- Agricultural training from vocational bac to BTS, or equivalent experience.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
