The profile they look for:
- Solid knowledge of roads, utility networks, infrastructure, buildings and networks.
- Knowledge of public procurement rules.
- Ability to build and manage a multi-year programme.
- Ability to assess costs, deadlines and risks.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Rigour, organisation and a proactive approach.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
