- Know the school system and local authority duties
- Know hygiene and safety rules, including HACCP
- Use office software and the enrolment software
- Be able to manage and work in a team
- Be able to welcome and talk with the public
- Be rigorous, discreet and independent
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
