Diploma: Bac+2 minimum
Experience: Solid experience managing operational teams spread across several sites

- Know PMS, HACCP and hygiene rules for collective catering
- Driving licence (permis B) required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
