Civil servants and contract staff. The grades are engineer, principal engineer and senior engineer in the territorial civil service. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant applies.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+5 minimum, information systems specialty or equivalent.
Experience: Solid, proven management experience required.
