Civil servants and contract workers can apply. A person who has not passed a civil service competition can be hired, because the grade offered is an entry grade in category C.
Category: Category C (staff)
Experience: Confirmed (experienced) level
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Knowledge of how cook-chill reheating kitchens work
- Knowledge of collective catering regulations
- Skills in following administrative, regulatory and budget files
- Skills in business software and office tools
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
Deadline: November 1 (Closes in 3 days)
Apply on the employer's website. Also send your CV and cover letter to the town hall by email, to the address shown on the offer.
4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
