The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of school catering and building cleaning
- Good knowledge of HACCP rules and food regulations
- Knowledge of individual health plans (PAI) and food allergies
- Stock and order management
- Rigour, autonomy and ability to handle conflict
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
