Reserved for civil servants and winners of a territorial competitive exam. Grade: adjoint des cadres hospitaliers de classe supérieure, category B.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac +2 to bac +4 in quality, risk management or QHSE, or similar training
Experience: Experienced
The profile they look for:
- Minimum bac +2, ideally in quality, risk management or QHSE.
- Knowledge of the reference framework for medico-social audits.
- Skills in statistics and survey techniques.
- Ability to lead a working group and run a project.
- Proactive, autonomous and able to make proposals.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Post based 50% in Corrèze and 50% in Seilhac.
- A service vehicle is provided for travel between the two EHPADs.
- Work from Monday to Friday.
- Remote work is not possible.
