Civil servants (permanent staff or contest winners) can apply, and so can contract agents. The post is open to the grades of technician, principal technician 2nd class and principal technician 1st class.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 minimum in environment, waste management, sustainable development, environmental engineering, public policy or regional planning
Experience: Experienced. Experience in waste prevention, circular economy or waste management would be a plus

- Knowledge of waste collection and treatment
- Experience in waste prevention or circular economy is a plus
- Ability to manage people and lead meetings
- Tracks indicators, budgets and public tenders
- Driving licence B required
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
