Civil servants (permanent staff) and contract staff can apply. A person who did not pass a competitive exam can be hired, because the post is open at entry-level grades of category C.

Diploma: Qualifications for running school-hours childcare centres, or BAFD (decrees cited in the offer)
Experience: Experience in a similar job is appreciated

- Knowledge of the rules for childcare centres and leisure activities
- Knowledge of child development (physical, emotional, psychological)
- Knowledge of civil and criminal liability law
- Good communication, welcoming and group leadership skills
- Ability to show authority and be rigorous
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
