Civil servants (titulaires) and contract agents can apply. Direct hiring without a competitive exam is possible for an entry grade in category C.

The profile they look for:
- Know how to handle accidents, allergic reactions and behaviour problems.
- Have knowledge of team management.
- Be able to run a meeting.
- Master computer tools, including 3D Ouest and Canva.
- Keep children safe during trips.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
