Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. Contract staff must have French nationality. The job is category A.
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Know agile methods (Scrum, SAFE) and the V-model
- Know planning (road-maps, Gantt charts, critical path)
- Build reliable dashboards and performance indicators
- Have strong analysis, summary and communication skills
- Set up project governance (committees, responsibilities, RACI)
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
