- Training or experience in public building maintenance.
- Driving licence category B.
- Knowledge of building techniques and site follow-up.
- Basic knowledge of public procurement.
- Rigour, method and organisation.
- Good people skills and ability to suggest ideas.
2 Résumé and cover letter
