Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant applications succeed. A person who has not passed a civil service exam can be hired directly at an entry grade of category C.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: BPJEPS, DEJEPS, DESJEPS or equivalent diploma in youth work. The BAFD is also requested.
Experience: Experienced candidate
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of youth and popular education policies
- Experience running projects and managing teams
- Knowledge of the rules for collective childcare for minors
- Good organisation, initiative and partnership skills
- Good people skills, listening and mediation
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply
