Diploma: Bac+5: Master 2, IEP, urban planning, regional planning, public law/real estate or housing policy
Experience: Proven experience in housing engineering in a local authority, EPCI or consultancy
The profile they look for:
- Bac+5 degree in urban planning, regional planning, public law or housing policy.
- Experience in housing engineering in a local authority or consultancy.
- Good knowledge of social housing financing and housing aid delegation.
- Knowledge of public budget and accounting rules (M57).
- Good interpersonal, writing and management skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
