Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: Bac+2 in construction, building engineering, maintenance or building operations.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar post.

- Bac+2 diploma in construction or building maintenance.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar post.
- Very good knowledge of construction and technical regulations.
- Knowledge of purchasing, public contracts and energy control.
- Analytical mind, good people skills and ability to lead teams.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
