Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff. A person without a civil service exam can be hired, because the entry grade in category C allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: BPJEPS with management module preferred, otherwise BAFD
Experience: Significant management experience

- Manual driving licence category B required.
- Knowledge of rules for leisure centres.
- Significant management experience.
- Rigour, independence and organisational skills.
- Good public contact and teamwork skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
Good to know:
- Full time annualised, 4.5 days per week in school term, regular hours.
- The text also says « before 11 October 2026 »: check the deadline on the offer.
- Interviews planned for the second half of October.
