Civil servants and contract staff can apply. A person who has not passed a public exam can be hired, because the adjoint d'animation grade (category C) allows direct recruitment.
Category: Category C (staff)
Diploma: Preferred diplomas: specialised educator, DEJEPS or equivalent, BAFA or BAFD.
The profile they look for:

2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
