Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The post is open to the grades of Attaché, Attaché principal, Ingénieur and Ingénieur principal. A contract worker can be hired if no civil servant application has succeeded.

- Ability to bring stakeholders together and lead strategic partnerships.
- Strong analysis, summary, writing and communication skills.
- Good organisation, autonomy and ability to set priorities.
- Initiative, leadership and ability to give meaning to collective action.
- Knowledge of local authorities, digital issues and GDPR is a plus.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
