Civil servants and contract staff can apply. The job is open to the grades of agent de maîtrise, agent de maîtrise principal and technicien.

The profile they look for:
- Know the rules for storing and combining food products.
- Understand the principles of the HACCP method.
- Be able to manage food stocks.
- Know the basics of diet and nutrition.
- Work well in a team and communicate with managers.
- Be available, quick to react, versatile and diplomatic.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
