Civil servants in the grades of Attaché, Rédacteur, and Rédacteur principal of 1st and 2nd class can apply. Contract agents can also apply.
Category: Category A (executive)
The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of land use rules (droit des sols).
- Good knowledge of land acquisition procedures.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, OPERIS, CIRIL, RORCAL, SITADEL).
- Rigour, method and organisation.
- Public service mindset and strong discretion.
- Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
