Open to permanent civil servants and contract staff. The post is open to the rédacteur grade.
Category: Category B (intermediate)
Diploma: At least bac+3 in property law, local authority law or planning law.
Experience: Experienced candidate.
The profile they look for:
- Knowledge of how local authorities work.
- Knowledge of urban planning rules, the local plan (PLU) and land registry.
- Knowledge of public and private property law.
- Skills in managing services and projects.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Rigour, method and a sense of public service.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
