Open to civil servants in the grades of Attaché, Ingénieur, Rédacteur principal and Technicien principal. A contract agent can be hired if no civil servant application succeeds.
Category: Category A (executive)
Experience: Proven experience in urban planning application processing and in management.
The profile they look for:
- Strong knowledge of urban planning law and proven experience in processing applications.
- Experience with protected heritage site rules and with the Architectes des Bâtiments de France.
- Experience managing a team or leading a team with real responsibility.
- Knowledge of operational development and land tools.
- Good writing skills and ease working with elected officials, architects and residents.
- Sworn and commissioned as urban planning enforcement officer, held or to be obtained.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
