Experience: Experience in public accounting
The profile they look for:
- Training in accounting and finance.
- Experience in public accounting.
- Good knowledge of budget rules and how local authorities are financed.
- Knowledge of accounting classifications (M14, M57).
- Basic knowledge of tax records and taxation.
- Rigour, method and quick reactions.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
