Diploma: Higher education Bac+2 to Bac+3 minimum, ideally in waste management, environment, prevention or logistics
Experience: Experienced: operational management of a service and team management

- Significant experience running a service and managing teams
- Good knowledge of local authorities and the French territorial civil service
- Basic budget management skills
- Strong writing skills and administrative rigour
- Proven management skills and a teaching approach
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
