Diploma: Higher technical education in computing (Bac+5), computing specialty
Experience: Experienced. At least 4 years, including managing technical teams
The profile they look for:
- Strong experience managing technical teams
- Good knowledge of infrastructure architectures and components
- Good knowledge of managing complex IT projects
- Good knowledge of public procurement rules
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework is wanted
- Excellent people skills and a sense of public service
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
3 Apply

4 Interview and answer
If your application is shortlisted, the employer contacts you for an interview, often with two or three people. Prepare: why this job, your experience close to the duties, and your questions.
