The profile they look for:
- Good knowledge of sustainable development and public policy.
- Knowledge of local authorities and their legal framework.
- Knowledge of public finance procedures and public contracts.
- Ability to run projects and mobilise a team.
- Good analysis and writing skills.
- Comfortable speaking in public and able to organise work independently.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.

4 Interview and answer
