Civil servants (titulaires) and contract staff can apply. The open grades are attaché, rédacteur and rédacteur principal of 1st or 2nd class in the territorial civil service.
Category: Category A (executive)
Diploma: Bac+3 minimum (master preferred) in urban planning, public law or public policy management.
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years in social housing, housing or local public policy, with management experience.
The profile they look for:
- Bac+3 minimum, master preferred, in urban planning, public law or public policy.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social housing or housing policy.
- Proven management experience.
- Good knowledge of social housing and allocation procedures.
- Skills with the SNE system and the PELEHAS software.
- Excellent relationship and negotiation skills.
2 Résumé and cover letter
A one- or two-page résumé and a short cover letter that takes up the duties of the offer with your examples. If you are a civil servant, you are often asked for your latest status decision (arrêté) and your latest annual review reports.
